   This is the operational frontline. Their duties include:
   • Establishing local policies through Regent/Mayor Regulations (Perbup/Perwali).
   • Developing action plans and providing SISKEUDES Online infrastructure.
   • Conducting socialization, training, and technical guidance for all Village Government staff on how to use SISKEUDES-Link.
