News Report of the Results of the Integrated Village Medium-Term Development Plan Amendment Drafting

In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 paragraph (1) of the Village Minister Regulation (Permendesa), PDTT Number 21 of 2020 that the results of the drafting team’s report on the Draft Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) and the DU-RKP Desa must be documented in a results report minutes signed by the drafting team and the Village Head.

As this topic involves the integrated drafting of Village planning, specifically the amendment of the RPJM Desa following the Revision of the Village Law (UU Desa) and the RKP Desa for the planning year, the minutes posted here are the News Report of the Results of the Integrated Draft RPJM Desa Amendment Drafting.

In the event that the Village Head does not approve the integrated Village planning draft that has been prepared by the drafting team, the Village Head requests the Integrated RPJMDes Amendment Drafting Team Decree to make improvements to the draft document without adding new activities outside of the team’s agreed results.

Two drafts have been prepared by the integrated Village planning drafting team: the Draft RPJM Desa Amendment for the 7th and 8th year and the RKP Desa for the planning year. The specifications for drafting the integrated Village plan are as follows.

Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM Desa) Amendment

The RPJM Desa, as mandated in the Village Minister Regulation, PDTT Number 21 of 2020, includes:

1. The vision and mission of the elected Village Head;
2. Village typology as the direction of Village Development Planning policy;
3. Priority programs and/or Village Development activities focused on achieving Village SDGs;
4. Location of programs and/or activities;
5. Estimated volume;
6. Targets/benefits;
7. Implementation time per budget year;
8. Estimated amount and source of funding; and
9. Estimated implementation pattern covering: self-management (swakelola), village cash-for-work (padat karya tunai desa), inter-village cooperation, and/or cooperation with third parties.

Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa)

The Draft RKPDes must contain at least:

1. Content of the Draft RKPDes;
2. Evaluation of the previous year’s RKP Desa implementation;
3. Activity plan and budget expenditure plan;
4. Priority programs, activities, and budget of the Village managed by the Village;
5. Priority programs, activities, and budget of the Village managed through inter-village cooperation and other parties;
6. Program, activity, and budget plan of the Village managed by the Village as delegated authority from the central government, provincial government, and district/city government; and
7. The Activity Implementation Team stipulated in the Village Head’s Decree.
