BPD Decree (SK) for the Integrated Village RPJM Amendment Legalization Committee

The BPD Decree (SK) for the Integrated Village RPJM Amendment Legalization Committee establishes a team responsible for organizing the Village Assembly (Musdes) to discuss, agree upon, stipulate, and legalize the RPJM Desa amendments for the 7th and 8th years, as well as the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) for the planning year.

The legal basis for this legalization assembly is contained in Village Minister Regulation (Permendesa) No. 21 of 2020, as amended by Permendesa No. 6 of 2023, regarding the guidelines for village development and community empowerment.

Article 33 mandates that the Village Consultative Body (BPD), facilitated by the Village Government, organizes a Village Assembly to discuss, stipulate, and legalize the RPJM Desa. This includes discussing the draft, stipulating the draft through a Village Assembly minutes, and the final legalization of the RPJM Desa document.

Furthermore, Article 49 explains that the BPD, facilitated by the Village Government, organizes a Village Assembly to discuss, stipulate, and legalize the RKP Desa, which covers the draft discussion, stipulation through minutes, and legalization of the RKP Desa document.

The Final Stage of Integrated Village Planning

The implementation of this integrated assembly is the final stage in drafting the RPJM Desa amendments for the 7th and 8th years and the RKP Desa for the planning year, which also includes the discussion of the Proposed List of Village Government Work Plans (DU-RKP Desa).

The contents of the Assembly Committee Decree, established by a BPD decision, include the following duties:

1. Preparing the integrated Draft RPJM Desa Amendment documents;
2. Drafting the schedule and agenda for the Village Assembly regarding the discussion, stipulation, and legalization of the integrated RPJM Desa;
3. Preparing meeting accommodations and logistics;
4. Preparing the attendance lists;
5. Drafting the assembly’s rules of procedure (Tata Tertib);
6. Sending invitations to participants and guests no later than 5 (five) days before the assembly;
7. Managing participant registration for those wishing to attend, at least 1 (one) day before the assembly.
