• Official Correspondence (Naskah Dinas): Written information serving as a formal communication tool, created and/or issued by authorized officials within the Regional Government.
• Correspondence Management (Tata Naskah Dinas): The comprehensive regulation of types, structures, forms, creation processes, security protocols, signing authorities, and control mechanisms for official communications.
• Electronic Correspondence: Information recorded in electronic media as a formal communication tool, created or received by authorized leaders within the Regional Government.
• Electronic Signature (TTE): A signature consisting of electronic information attached to or associated with other electronic information, used as a secure tool for verification and authentication.

Transition to Digital Governance

A crucial aspect of this regulation is the legal strengthening of Electronic Correspondence and Electronic Signatures. This is a vital component of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) initiative, designed to reduce paper waste, speed up approval processes, and ensure document integrity through digital verification.
