The Importance of the SIKS-NG Offline Application
The SIKS-NG Offline Application is specifically designed to enter verification and validation results of BDT data without requiring an internet connection. Application Completeness and Database Requirements
Before using the SIKS-NG Offline application, it is essential to ensure that all application components are available. Required components include the application master and the database master. These can be downloaded through the online SIKS-NG application. However, to access the database master, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is required between the Central Government (Ministry of Social Affairs RI) and the Local Government, accompanied by a request letter for Integrated Data.
The database master will be provided by Pusdatin of the Ministry of Social Affairs RI in a separate file format. The next process is to extract the file and copy the extracted database data into the SIKS-NG Offline application folder.
Initialization and Initial Distribution
Once the application components are available, the next step is the initial initialization and distribution according to the designated operators. This process must be completed before the user logs into the SIKS-NG Offline Application to ensure that all data has been correctly distributed and that the system is ready to receive local updates.
The BDT Verification and Validation Process
The household data collection process in the application is divided into several information blocks that must be filled in meticulously. These include:
- Block I: Identity of the Target Household (RTS).
- Block III: Housing Information.
- Block IV: Demographic Data, Health, Education, and Employment.
- Block V: Asset Ownership and Program Participation.
Mandatory data includes the Sub-district, Village, Name of the Head of the Household, and Family Card Number. Additionally, the building status, drinking water source, and other demographic information must be recorded.
