The primary output of Hamlet Consultations (Musdus) during the formulation of the RPJM Desa is a series of programs and activities rooted in community needs, formalized as the “List of Hamlet Ideas.” This process represents a critical analysis of the Village SDGs Roadmap, brought into the hamlet forum to synchronize national data with the objective, on-the-ground conditions of each community. By prioritizing Bottom-Up Innovation, the village ensures that its strategic development is driven by those who know the landscape best.

As mandated by Article 23, Paragraph 3 of Ministry of Villages, PDTT Regulation Number 21 of 2020, development proposals must be formulated through Social Inclusion. • Formulate specific actions and solutions across five mandatory development sectors.
