The Indonesian government has prioritized entrepreneurship development as a core strategy for national growth. Small businesses are expected to be the pillar of a healthy, competitive, and independent economy, significantly contributing to job creation and economic democracy (Sukirman, 2017).
In accordance with Permendesa PDTT Number 7 of 2023, village products must be based on local resource potential. This approach ensures that products have a comparative advantage, a strong domestic market, and export potential, ultimately driving the sustainability of the village economy.
Strategic Objectives of the Training
The RAB Pelatihan Produk Unggulan Desa is designed to transform local potential into marketable commodities. The primary goals of this budgeting plan include:
- Skill Enhancement: Improving individual or group skills in processing raw local materials (e.g., dairy, agriculture, or crafts).
- Business Management: Training participants in financial management, packaging, and digital marketing.
- Economic Feasibility: Ensuring that the superior products developed are financially viable and can increase household income.

- Expert Instructors: Honorariums for professional trainers or practitioners in the relevant industry.
- Production Equipment: Procurement of tools needed for product processing (e.g., processing machinery, stoves, or grinders).
- Raw Materials: Initial supplies required for hands-on practice during the training sessions.
- Marketing & Branding: Design costs for logos, packaging samples, and promotional materials.
