Since ancient times, villages have been synonymous with the tradition of Gotong Royong (Mutual Cooperation). Currently, Village Governments are revitalizing this practice as a core strategy to preserve customs and traditions while fostering community involvement. To ensure successful implementation, a well-structured financial plan, or Budget Plan (RAB) for the Community Mutual Cooperation Service Month (BBGRM), is essential.
The BBGRM initiative aims to cultivate the spirit of cooperation and active participation among residents. These activities typically involve various stakeholders, including the Village Government, PKK and Dasawisma, LPM, Karang Taruna youth groups, neighborhood leaders (RT/RW), and the local community.
Scope of the Excel Template
The shared template is designed for recurring activities, for example, a program held once every two months (6 times per year), funded by the Village Budget (APB Desa). The budget structure includes:
- Equipment & Supplies: Procurement of tools, cleaning materials, and logistical needs.
- Consumables: Provisions for food and beverages for the participants.
- Service Fees & Honorariums: Administrative support or specific technical services required during the event.
Strategic Governance Alignment
Budgeting for BBGRM is not just about financial allocation; it is about Social Sustainability. By utilizing an organized RAB, the Village Head ensures that community mobilization is transparent and accountable. This approach aligns with Village SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as it strengthens the synergy between the government and its people.
