After the 2025 Village RKP Drafting Team completes the draft for the 2025 Village Work Plan (RKP Desa) and the 2026 List of Proposed Plans (DU-RKP), the documents are submitted to the Village Head for review. Any necessary revisions are finalized through the Minutes of the 2025 RKP Draft Completion, which serves as formal written approval from the Village Head.
Following this approval, the Village Head requests the Village Consultative Body (BPD) to organize the Village Planning Assembly (Musdes). Before executing this assembly, the BPD conducts an internal institutional meeting to establish the Village Planning Assembly Committee. In accordance with Ministry of Villages Regulation Number 16 of 2019, this committee is chaired by the Secretary of the BPD.

| FIRST | To establish the Village Planning Assembly (Musdes) Committee with the membership structure as listed in the Appendix, which is an inseparable part of this Decision. |
| SECOND | To mandate the Village Assembly Implementation Committee as mentioned in the FIRST dictum to:

| THIRD | In carrying out the duties mentioned in the SECOND dictum, the Village Assembly Committee is directly accountable to the Village Consultative Body (BPD). |
| FOURTH | All costs arising from the implementation of this Decision shall be charged to the Village Budget (APBDes) and other non-binding funding sources, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. |
| FIFTH | This Decision is effective from the date of its determination, with the provision that any errors found hereafter shall be corrected accordingly. |
