Background
The issuance of LKPP Decision Number 2 of 2024 regarding the Model Documents for Village Self-Management Procurement is established to prioritize community participation in village-level procurement. This decision, enacted by the Deputy for Strategy Development and Policy of the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP), provides a standardized framework for villages to execute goods and services procurement independently.
Enacted on January 22, 2024, this decision remains guided by LKPP Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning the Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Services in the Village.
The Four Pillars of Self-Management Documentation
The model documents are divided into four primary stages as outlined in the decision’s annexes:
- Annex I: Model Documents for Village Procurement Planning.
- Annex II: Model Documents for Village Self-Management Preparation.
- Annex III: Model Documents for Village Self-Management Execution.
- Annex IV: Model Documents for Village Procurement Reporting.
