In accordance with Article 45, Paragraph (1) of Ministry of Villages Regulation (Permendesa PDTT) Number 21 of 2020, the final report of the drafting team regarding the RKP Desa Draft and the DU-RKP Desa must be documented in the Minutes of the Drafting Results. 2. Technical Documentation: Comprehensive activity plans and Budget Plans (RAB).
3. Direct Village Priorities: Programs and budgets managed directly by the Village.
4. Collaborative Priorities: Programs managed through inter-village cooperation or with third parties.
5. Delegated Programs: Activities managed by the Village under the authority of central, provincial, or regency governments.
6. Operational Teams: A list of the Activity Implementation Teams (TPK) to be legalized via Village Head Decree.

The signing of this Berita Acara signifies the successful completion of the drafting phase with the following results:

• Finalization: The RKP Desa draft is technically complete and attached to the minutes.
• Submission: The draft has been officially handed over to the Village Head for final review.
• Endorsement: The Village Head formally agrees with and approves the draft prepared by the team.
• Next Steps: The Village Head will immediately request the Village Consultative Body (BPD) to convene the Village Planning Assembly (Musdes).
